Asset Acceptance offers its associates an excellent benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, 19 days paid time off starting the first year and paid holidays. We also offer a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long and short term disability, a tuition assistance program and an associate assistance program.

Bonus plans: Account Representatives are eligible for a generous, uncapped monthly bonus program. Other positions may be eligible to receive annual or monthly bonuses based on specific requirements.

Alternate work arrangements: Several alternative work programs are offered that afford associates flexibility in balancing work and day-to-day life responsibilities including flextime and a compressed work week.

Tuition Assistance Program: We provide reimbursement for undergraduate, graduate and doctorate courses within degreed programs (associate, bachelor, masters and Ph.D.) at accredited colleges, universities and technical institutions across the country. Individual courses that are job related are also reimbursable. Full time associates may take advantage of this program after six months of employment.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Asset Acceptance associates enjoy 19 paid days off per year in the first year of employment and 24 days after 10 years. This bank of accrued time allows flexibility and can be used for vacation, illness or personal needs. Associates may begin using earned and approved PTO after 90 days and time off can be taken in increments as low as two (2) hours.

Paid holidays: The following holidays are paid: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Health insurance: Asset Acceptance offers three comprehensive health insurance plans to associates and their dependents that include hospitalization, office visits and prescription drug coverage. Each plan provides broad coverage with in and out-of-network benefits available with reasonable premium contribution rates. A separate benefit plan is also offered to part-time associates.

Dental: Asset Acceptance offers a comprehensive dental plan to associates and their dependents that includes preventive coverage, basic and major procedures as well as orthodontia for adults and children.

Vision: Asset Acceptance offers a full vision plan to associates and their dependents that includes exams, lenses, frames and contacts. Premiums are paid in full for the core plan and an enhanced buy up vision plan is available with a nominal contribution.

Short-term disability/Long-term disability: Asset Acceptance provides short term disability and long term disability coverage at no cost to associates.

Life insurance/Accidental death & dismemberment: Asset Acceptance provides life and AD&D coverage at no cost to associates.

401(k) Retirement Plan: Asset Acceptances offers a 401(k) Plan that allows associates to save for retirement by contributing pretax dollars through payroll deduction.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Three flexible spending accounts are available to full time associates – a Health Care Reimbursement Account, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account and Transit Reimbursement Account. These plans allow associates the ability to determine and set aside a portion of their paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified out-of-pocket expenses.
